General Coffee State Park

Laura S. Walker State Park
This beautiful park is within a 30-minute drive from Alma. See the world’s largest swamp (The Okefenokee) and learn about the delicate ecosystem within. With 626 acres and a 120-acre lake, the park is great for fishing, birding, hiking, and picnicking. The campsites include space for 44 tents and R/Vs. Geocaching is also popular here. Boating and swimming in the lake make your visit even more refreshing.
